Richard understands web development and online business. From 1995 to 2008, Richard was the founder and managing director of the Internet Business Corporation Ltd, a web consulting, design, development and marketing company proving specialist online business solutions to corporates, small business, government and not for profits.

In 2012-2013, Richard was the Executive Director of the Smarter Digital RoadMaps for Retailers pilot program, delivered through the WA Chamber of Commerce & Industry and financially supported by the Western Australian State Government.
